DESTINATION FAMILY SERVICES

Destination Family Services, LLC was established in 2024 - we provide disability services via the Medicaid Waiver System. With our team of over 100 employees we proudly serve Bloomington, Bedford, Spencer, and the surrounding areas. While we focus on each client's individual needs, we have a passion for creating community among our clients, doing activities together as a team and participating in local activities together. Our goal is to engage with and serve our clients, employees, and our local community.
